EXPERIENCE
We have represented both debtors and creditors in the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey since 1981. Our clients include consumers, small business, and family farmers. Our office is a debt relief agency helping people file for relief under the bankruptcy code.
Additionally, we also represent mortgage, car finance companies, landlord, and other creditors to protect their rights in bankruptcy proceedings.
Our office serves as New Jersey counsel to 2 prominent national creditor rights firms.
